The Best of the Worst Media Bias Winners Announced

The voting is over, and at the Media Research Center, they have posted the winners of the most biased media quotes uttered during 2011 across 16 categories.

Jump over to the Media Research Center site to review the winners, their quotes, and the runners-up.

Among the notable 'winners' - Chris Matthews (4 awards); Christiane Amanpour (2 awards); NYT's Paul Krugman and Maureen Dowd; NBC / MSNBC Brian Williams, Laurence O'Donnell; Norah O'Donnell, and Ed Schultz; and representing Hollywood, the tedious Sean Penn.

The runaway victory of Chris Matthews is also notable - in that he is the only candidate with he own personal category where he had 5 offerings for voters to choose from.

Coincidentally, Chris Matthews also was on the receiving side of a particularly unique level of smack down during a radio interview by an Iowa based radio host, Simon Conway...who during the interview asked the MSNBC Hardball Host "Why can't you just admit that you're working for Obama's reelection?"...
