President Obama - Live Address Campaign Event from Afghanistan - UPDATED

President Barack Obama will be delivering a live campaign address to the American people at 7:30 PM EDT from Kabul, Afghanistan - where he is to declare victory, sign a new strategic partnership with President Karzai, and spike the football on the one year anniversary of the SpecOps mission which killed Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan.

How many times will the narcissist in chief use the term 'I' as he speaks tonight?

This post will be updated as the President spikes the football, dances in the end zone, and declares victory 'in our time'...

Tweet from a reporter at Bagram Air Base, outside Kabul Afghanistan as President Obama delivers his speech - noting that it's a campaign speech first and foremost....

"He's speaking to voters at home, not us..."  and notes via a picture of the press room during the 4am local time speech...
