Obama's Weekly Address

A new chapter in Afghanistan leads to the same old failed policies domestically.

The President is making his case for taking the Afghanistan 'peace dividend' and spending the funds domestically in a new effort of economic stimulus.  There is no real difference in the stimulus he is now proposing than the failed $800 billion + stimulus that was done in 2009 to launch the economic recovery that we are now wallowing in.

Just as in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 when the President delivered $1.2 trillion or larger annual deficits, increased the national debt by over $5 trillion in just 39 months, and kicked off the weakest economic recovery since the Great Depression, he is looking to quadruple down on this record by using the funds for the war in Afghanistan towards more pro-union, anti-fossil fuel, and government entitlement programs.

And he's doing it with money that wouldn't be spent on Afghanistan as he's already committed to pulling the US out of Afghanistan by 2014....
These are the actions of an ideologue...
