President Obama - Live Address Campaign Event from Afghanistan - UPDATED

President Barack Obama will be delivering a live campaign address to the American people at 7:30 PM EDT from Kabul, Afghanistan - where he is to declare victory, sign a new strategic partnership with President Karzai, and spike the football on the one year anniversary of the SpecOps mission which killed Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan.
